Due to the unique location of Badilaan and the cool climate many rare and beautiful plants and flowers thrive here. The Siquijor DENR (Department of Enviroment and Natural Resourses) have dedicated many of their resourses to maintaining and improving these treasures.

Home also to many different species of trees and mini water falls make hiking a must do. With the cooler climate in this area hiking is a real pleasure. Rent a Kiwi bike, take a packed lunch and off you go for a fantastic day in the forest.
